3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or related services;

  • interfere with the website’s operation, security or availability;

  • introduce malicious code or harmful material; or

  • use website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

4. Our Services

Awtoma provides digital services that may include website design and development, ecommerce solutions, booking systems, business process automation, AI-related solutions, system integrations, hosting and ongoing website care.

Information on this website is provided for general information. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and responsibilities for any project will be agreed separately in a written proposal, quotation, statement of work or service agreement.

If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement will apply to the extent of that conflict.

5. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a contract or guarantee that we will provide services.

Any quotation or proposal we issue will be subject to its stated terms, including its validity period, scope, pricing and payment requirements. Work will begin only after the relevant proposal or agreement has been accepted and any required initial payment has been received.

6. Client Responsibilities

When engaging Awtoma, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information needed for the project;

  • provide content, materials, access credentials and approvals in a timely manner;

  • ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions for materials you supply;

  • review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes; and

  • use the services in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Delays in providing information, materials or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery.

7. Fees and Payments

Fees, payment schedules, deposits and any recurring charges will be set out in the relevant proposal, invoice or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date (dummy payment term).

If payment is overdue, we may pause work or suspend relevant services after providing reasonable notice, subject to any applicable agreement or legal requirements.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be discussed with you before the work proceeds.

8. Changes, Revisions and Project Scope

The agreed project scope will be described in the relevant proposal or service agreement.

Requests that materially change the agreed scope, deliverables or functionality may require a revised quotation, additional fees or an adjusted timeline. We will discuss these changes with you before proceeding.

Any included revision rounds or approval procedures will be specified in the relevant project agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Awtoma retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, tools, methods, templates, code libraries and know-how.

  • You retain ownership of materials you provide to us, and you confirm that you have the rights needed for us to use them for the project.

  • Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement.

Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock assets and other materials may be subject to their own licence terms. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms relating to materials or services used in your project.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, plugins, APIs or other services.

These third-party services are generally governed by their own terms and policies. Awtoma is not responsible for changes, interruptions, failures or decisions made by third-party providers, except where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law or is expressly accepted in a separate agreement.

Third-party fees, subscriptions and usage charges may apply and will be identified in the relevant proposal or agreement where applicable.

11. Hosting, Maintenance and Support

Hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, security monitoring and technical support are provided only where included in your selected service or a separate agreement.

The applicable agreement will set out the services included, support arrangements, fees and any relevant limitations. Unless expressly agreed, Awtoma does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites, hosting environments or third-party platforms.

12. AI and Automation Services

AI tools and automated workflows may produce outputs or perform actions based on the information, settings and third-party systems involved.

Where we provide AI or automation services, you are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring that their use is appropriate for your business and complies with applicable laws. AI-generated content or automated actions may require human review, testing and ongoing monitoring.

The specific functionality, limitations and responsibilities for any AI or automation project will be described in the relevant agreement.

13. Website Content and Availability

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or free from errors.

We may update, change or remove website content or features at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or operate without interruption.
